With the arrival of the new year, many people make resolutions promising to change this, stop that, and commit to living a better life. So as 2016 begins, why not consider these 3 WAYS TO ENJOY THE BEST YEAR OF YOUR LIFE.

1. FAITH – The Fuel to Empower a Better Life. None of us knows what tomorrow may bring, and all of us realize that our pre-determined plans might not work out. The Scottish Poet, Robert Burns, was right, when he penned. “The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry.”
However, faith is the courage to move forward with optimism no matter what. And as Martin Luther King said, “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” So to enjoy the best year of your life, head to a better life empowered by faith.

2. VISION – The Eyes of Heart and Mind to See Future Wins as Present Reality. When we have a vision, our faith produces an inner confidence that what we imagine will come to pass. And by this vision, we move forward with an inner attitude and outward action that what we hope for will be ours.
Concerning vision, the great evangelist, Vance Havner, saw it as a great adventure in living life. He said, “The vision must be followed by the venture. It is not enough to stare up the steps – we must step up the stairs.” So in order to enjoy the best year of your life, let’s step up by faith with the vision to know and go forward to possess what we seek.

3. BELIEVE – The Firm Conviction That What Seems So is So. Believing is when we link faith and vision to our sight. We see by eyes of faith in the vision and believe. And this is more spiritual than physical, for we believe God. We aren’t those who wish upon a star, but are believers who by faith in God depend on Him for vision by relying on our spiritual eyes to see His will for us. We receive unseen things with eyes of faith, vision, and believing. Jesus is the prize to our spiritual eyes.

So in these 3 ways – faith, vision, and believe – go and enjoy the best year of your life by living every day for the glory of God. Yes, faith, vision, and believe in Christ. See as He sees each 1 of the 365 days before us. Now, Happy New Year!
